Protection Relays
Designed to detect overcurrent, short circuits, and faults, helping to protect transformer systems from damage.

Breathers – DIN 42567 / DIN 42562
Used in conservator-type transformers to remove moisture from incoming air. Filled with regenerative silica gel, our breathers conform to DIN 42567 and DIN 42562 standards.

Oil Level Indicators
Visual monitoring of oil levels in the transformer tank or conservator. Available in radial, axial, and magnetic types. Often used alongside DIN 16260 mounting standards.

Pressure Relief Valves
Spring-loaded valves designed to open at a set pressure and relieve internal gas or vapor. Available in 0.2–0.7 bar configurations. Ensures transformer tank safety during faults or overheating.

Butterfly Valves – DIN 42560
Mounted between the radiator and the transformer tank to control oil flow. Available in Form A / B with optional OR (O-ring sealed) types for enhanced sealing performance.

Tank-Mounted Accessories – DIN 42548, 42551, 42553, 42554, 42558

• Oil Drain Plugs (DIN 42548) – Welded to the tank bottom for maintenance oil draining
• Drain Valves (DIN 42551 / EN 50216-4) – Threaded or flanged models for easy oil discharge
• Rotating Drain Adapters (DIN 42551F) – Compact swiveling units used during oil replacement
• Filling Nozzles & Air Ports (DIN 42553) – Allow filling and venting during operation
• Thermometer Pockets (DIN 42554 / EN 50216-4) – Allow for safe installation of measuring devices without direct contact with oil
• Locking Plugs / Air Release (DIN 42558) – Used to seal tank openings and allow air venting during commissioning

Auxiliary Equipment
This includes silica gel cartridges, gaskets, mounting flanges, and other transformer-specific hardware needed for system integrity.

All accessories are manufactured in compliance with DIN / EN transformer component standards. Material options include hot-dip galvanized steel, electrostatically powder-coated aluminum, and 316L stainless steel for demanding environments.

Welded parts are subject to weldability tests. For each product, technical drawings (.DWG / .PDF), 3D CAD models, and test reports can be provided on request.
